People often point to the well-designed physical characteristics and surface features of Apple products. But what’s inspiring about Apple for me isn’t just that…but that the level of attention to detail that you see on the surface goes deeper — business strategy, operations, pricing, distribution, service and, yes, marketing. It’s all connected. And it’s that — plus the products — that make Apple great.
